Your project begins from an idea or dream, and we can help you make that a reality. Below you will find a list of questions and some cost answers that will help you begin the process of designing your project built around a budget you can live with. When you are ready, we will be excited to help you create your vision. We will meet with you and discuss the overall project, while providing the appropriate estimates for your review.

Before starting any project whether you are remodeling your bathroom or the whole house, homeowners need to be aware that a timeline is only a baseline. Your goal can be met with proper planning. With that said, it is important to remain flexible and understand that a properly executed project may require extra time depending on product availability, unforeseen circumstances and changes to the original designs.

You should also get exactly what you are looking for and sometimes this may cause you to change your mind along the way. It is your home and at RRS, we are accustomed to meeting the needs and desires of our customers. Changes can and often do happen during any project. Even if you do change your mind about something as simple as a paint color once it’s on the wall, we are prepared.

In order for you to start the process, you need some price gauge. Below we have listed some industry standards to help you get going. When you look at the prices below, understand that they are just a starting point based on averages and your actual price will depend on all the fixtures and designs you pick. Also, you need to know the difference in remodelingt types. Complete remodels include gutting all walls, adding and or moving walls, moving and or replacing all plumbing and electrical, replacing all fixtures, wall coverings, and floor coverings. You get a completely new face as well as updated utilities and space adjustments when desired. Basic remodels include just the face and can include any of the following; new floor coverings, new wall dressings, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical fixtures and new cabinets. We have not included cost data for basic remodels as they depend on how far you want to take your project. We can help you with that, just contact us.

Complete remodels with or without additional space added. $150 a square foot.

Bathroom Remodels:

Small - $6,000
Medium - $9,000
Large - $14,000

Kitchen Remodels

Small - $10,000
Medium - $15,000
Large - $25,000

Decks start at $17 per square foot and go up based on material selection, height from the ground and patterns added to the design.
